Tea Party

I was looking for some cookies I could use for a little girl tea party and I definitely need to work on a collection, I found some cookies but they're more for adult parties. I think I'm going to work on a collection that can include tea sets, hats, tiaras and pearl necklaces. Pink of course!!!

The Cookie Tower, the cookies were monogrammed with the letter L for Lizzie in green and blue to match her cake.

Cowboy Themed Wedding

Different miniature desserts : carrot cake, apricot tarts, and chocolate cupcakes, and a chocolate cake.

Elegant dessert table: miniature cupcakes and tarts, chocolate covered pretzels, popcorn bouquets, chocolate cake, and chocolate and caramel covered apples.

Chocolate covered apples decorated to look like the bride and groom, a big success and my personal favorites.

First Communion & Christenings

A small collection of first communion and christening designs, but we are able to make almost anything you can think of. color changes are always available at no extra charge.

This was one of my first attempts at creating a white chocolate bow, I was short on time and rushed to place the bow on top of the warm ganache, big mistake! the bow started melting right in front of me, I had no choice but to let it melt and start the bow over and place it on top.



This was the final cake, you can still see a little bit of the melted ribbons but trying to remove them would have created more damage, but the bow turned out right this time. I'll make another one over the weekend, hopefully this time will be Perfect!!!

This was a Velvet chocolate cake with Grand Marnier chocolate ganache and a white chocolate ribbon with a pretty printed design.

Andrea's 13th b-day

I can't believe I got so behind updating my blog, here is something I made for my daugther Andrea on her 13th b-day. What a happy day, can't believe that she's already a teenager! For her b-day she wanted peace symbols, peace hearts, tie dye and her best friends around! I was very happy with the "tie-dye" hearts.

Bridal Shower














For a very special bride to be I created this dessert table. We started with no theme and only the colors green and purple. I decided to create a collection of trendy purses (check out the ones with the zebra print!) and arranged them in a tree display. The cookies were later given out as favors. The collection of desserts included baby green apples, lemon meringue mini tarts, apricot and cream cheese tarts, strawberry mousse in chocolate cups (again the zebra print) and some other little treats. This table was intended to serve 60 people and it had just the right amount of goodies to satisfy everyone. I wish the best of the best to my sister Carla!

December 23rd

We are officially sold out for the Christmas '09 season. Thanks to all our customers that supported us all year long.


Not one single cookie on sight, now I can relax a little and enjoy some of the wonderful treats my friends have been kind enough to give me. Chocolate truffles from Leah and Haley, homemade cookies from Alice, chocolate from Beth Ann....
